This sophisticated plug and play Hitachi Isuzu Engine SCR / DEF Bypass kit will remove all DEF errors and stop all original systems functioning, allowing your machine to continue working with full functionality but without the SCR / DEF systems to cause breakdowns.

Our Bypass kits override all of the exhaust aftertreatment emission systems on your construction, industrial and agricultural machinery.

The process is done without interfering or tampering with the ECU whatsoever, therefore it’s easy, quick and completely safe to install our Bypass kits yourself.

All of our kits are installed by a simple ‘plug and play’ design with a range of high-quality connection plugs, enabling you to simply plug-in the Bypass kit to the existing wiring harness and the job is done! No faults or engine limitations will appear after the install, your machine will then operate normally and you’ll never experience any future emissions related breakdowns again. It’s that simple!

After installing one of our Bypass kits, the engine ECU does not enable any aftertreatment process, use excess fuel for burn cycles, consume DEF fluid or attempt any exhaust regen services, as it did originally.

Sensors that caused previous running issues will now be bypassed, inclusive of:

• AdBlue / SCR pump
• DPF / Particle filter
• Nitro oxide sensors (NOX Sensor)
• Temperature sensors, etc.

Note – Unlike other products or ECU programming services, our kits are completely reversible. For manufacturer warranty purposes, you can revert back to a DPF & SCR enabled machine at any time if you choose.  All products have a full 12 months warranty.
